Join us for a full-day hands-on workshop where we will leverage open-source tools for configuration development, deployment, and documentation for Campus networks. In conjunction with CloudVision, this enables us to manage our network environment as code!

Each attendee will receive their own dedicated virtual lab environment with Git, VSCode and Ansible already installed and ready to use.

⚠️ Attendees will need:

  • A laptop or desktop computer

  • Ensure they have an account created on www.github.com

  • Familiarity with the concepts and tools covered in the previous Automation Fundamentals workshop (Git, VSCode, Jinja/YAML, Ansible)

  • Arista AVD (Architect, Validate, Deploy) Ansible Collection

  • Network Data Models relevant to Campus Layer 2 Leaf/Spine Networks

  • Initial Deployment (Day 0 Provisioning) for Campus fabric via AVD

  • Ongoing Operations (Day 2 and Beyond)

  • Operation of Campus fabric via AVD

  • Configuring connected endpoints with CloudVision QuickActions and Port Profiles
